There is problem with the DNS server or the DNS services running on the machine.check it.
you can clear the dns cache as well i.e ipconfig /flushdns.register the dns ipconfig /registerdns. check the conncetivity with oing and nslookup for primary dns server as well.
this will resolve the issue
