I do not know what "action" you're talking about, but I do know that people are NOT asleep during anesthesia. They are in a specific form of unconsciousness that resembles coma but which is reversible.

Talking in Your Sleep - album - was created on 1988-05-05.
Sleep talking, or somniloquy, typically occurs during lighter stages of sleep and often involves nonsensical or fragmented speech rather than coherent thoughts. While some people might express genuine feelings or thoughts during sleep talking, it is generally not considered a reliable indicator of truth or honesty. The subconscious mind can manifest random ideas or emotions, making it difficult to draw meaningful conclusions about a person's true beliefs or intentions.
There are two main way to find out if someone is talking in their sleep. The first is to record a night of sleep and the other is to sleep next to someone and ask them to listen to you sleep.
