A Saturated Solution.

In an unsaturated solution, more will dissolve, but once the solution is saturated, it is "full" and will not allow any material to dissolve in it at current temperature and other conditions.

Why do you add more water to saturated solution if it wont dissolve more things?

Then the solution gets diluted, and has more solvent material to dissolve more solute material.

How do you make powder dissolve in a saturated solution?

Once a solution is saturated it won't dissolve any more additive, by definition, at least not of the same material.

Why is it significant to know whether a solution is saturated or u nsaturated?

If a solution is saturated you will not be able to dissolve any more of the material in that solution at that temperature. If the concentration of the dissolved material determines the reaction rate of a reaction you care about then you will need to adjust temperature or make other changes to speed it up. In contrast, if you have an unsaturated solution, you can dissolve more of the material in it and increase the reaction rate.

How can you dissolve more solute in a saturated solution?

You can dissolve more by heating the solution.

How can you make more salt dissolve in a saturated solution?

You can dissolve more by heating the solution.

How can you make a saturated solution dissolve more solute?

You can dissolve more by heating the solution.

What is a solution that can dissolve no more than solute?

This solution is called a saturated solution, when the solution will dissolve no more of a solute.

What is the meaning of unsaturated solution in science?

It means you could dissolve even more material than is already dissoved.

What is a solution in which you can dissolve more solute?

An unsaturated solution

When you have so much solute that no more dissolves you have a?

A saturated solution is a solution that no more solute will dissolve. Once the solution is saturated, any more solute that is added will not dissolve.

When you add so much solute that no more dissolves you have a saturated solution because?

A saturated solution is a solution that no more solute will dissolve. Once the solution is saturated, any more solute that is added will not dissolve.

What solution cannot dissolve any more solute under specified conditions?

A solution that does not allow any more solute to dissolve (at room temperature) is called a SATURATED SOLUTION. But a saturated solution can be made to dissolve more solute by heating it. Then it is called a super saturated solution. The solvent becomes saturated and the no more solute will disolve
