There should be a small button on the wireless headset that when pressed causes the headset to send a signal to the phone to answer the incoming call and connect it through the wireless headset. See the image above for an example.
You can't plug your headset plug into the headset jack without cutting off the speaker(s) because the tip of the plug physically disengages the contacts carrying the audio to the speakers and re-reroutes it to the headset. It might be possible to file off most of the tip of the headset plug so that it does not disengage the jack speaker contacts, but this is likely result in low headset volume as the audio amplifier now has to contend with the resistance of both the speaker and the headset.
Speaker, headset, earbud.
Sorry - not possible. The physical make-up of the microphone does NOT allow it to become a speaker.
When in doubt, put it in the green socket. It might also be marked as "speaker" or "headphones." You can try the headset plug in front if there is one there. Otherwise, try the green or "speaker" socket in the back if there is one there.

Technically, a "headphone" refers to a single speaker mounted on a structure worn on the head. Headphones (plural) refers to a pair of speakers mounted on a structure and placed next to each ear, but with no microphone attached. A "headset" is typically a speaker (or a pair of speakers) with one or more microphones attached.
A speaker is the one who is vocal or gives speech mainly in public. Minister or president of a country is a best example of a speaker.

To turn off wireless headset mode on an LG TV, go to the "Settings" menu from the home screen. Navigate to "Sound," then select "Sound Out." Choose "TV Speaker" or "External Speakers" to disable the wireless headset. This will switch the audio output back to the TV's built-in speakers.
