no, there are no longer 'cheats' for World War, due to them all being patched now.

However, there is one cheat that has worked for some people. Typing the alliance code "K6TPX7" is supposed to give you 100 billion and 1000 alliance members. It was supposedly the first ever World War alliance code. Try it
