accoring to your reading material why do some people believe it is wrong to have different voting systems in different states or localities
The right to vote is protected under the constitution and the country is governed by the constitution. When the Constitution was written the states were a confederation and each state thought of it's self as an individual place, but the founding fathers could see that this didn't work too well to keep a government working. So, the Constitution was created to unify and act as the supreme law of the land. Since 1789 this has been the guiding principle of the government. Voting is one of the most basic rights in the constitution, but our history has proven that some people have had to fight for that right. Women had to earn the right in 1920 with the 19th amendment and the African Americans had to fight for it in the 1960's even though they were granted it in 1867 with the 13th amendment. To have each decide who can vote and who can't vote is wrong and takes away the rights of all Americans. When one person looses their rights it isn't long before there are 3 more people to loose rights. The states are part of a federal system and not little countries. To have states have different voting systems doesn't fall under the Constitution and will eventually cost people the right to vote. This is wrong and is not a 'states right" issue as some would make it out to be. We are either "one nation under God" or we are not. Personally, I don't want to live in a country where rights of the voter are not respected and are used as tools for the political parties.
Because they are just like that!
why do scientists believe explains the increased density of material deeper into the mantle
People have different ideas about what happened; it you think about it, nobody really knows as no one (we know) was there when it happened... People have different beliefs about this; a common religious belief is that God made it. Many people don't believe in God, as God is not materially defined. So the answer according to an atheist/agnostic would be "I don't know" as there is no material evidence; only theories; and even those are not consistent.
I believe carbon fiber is the best material
Material Obsession.
material wealth is called Artha (material prosperity) in Hinduism. They do believe that Artha (material prosperity) is required for life but is not the only necessity.
States and local governments have to compete with each other and do not have, therefore, an incentive to spend their money on the needy people in their area.

Tension or Shearing + I believe Tension
i believe it is cadnium.
Light does not refract via a single material. Refraction occurs when light passes from one material into another of a different density. It is the amount of difference in densities that causes the refraction. The greater the difference the greater the refraction. I believe that the densest material would be diamond, so light passing through a diamond and into a vacuum would seem to be the greatest difference, causing the greatest refraction.
I believe you are referring to the material covering the inside of the trunk. The felt like material.
