∙ 11y agoAn acid, is a substance with a ph of less than 7. An alkili is a substance with a ph higher than 7. This is worked out using the ph scale. 1-6 are acids and 8-14 are alkilis. 7 is neutral. An example of an acid is Hydrochloric acid and an example of an alkili is Sodium Hydroxide.
