DisAdvantages:

1.Employees will b sticking to their specific job only...refuses to do other job which is not listed in job description..

2.Conflits between the departments,,(Reduced Flexibility among the departments)

bcz everyone limited to do their job only..

3.Labour Law says that Employee only has to do the tasks mentioned in the job description ..
