NOT if you were charged and convicted of a FELONY.
While on probation (or parole) you are NOT allowed to move without the authorization of the court.
Only if it is allowed by the judge who originally sentenced you AND if the state of Texas will accept the reponsibility for monitoring and supervising your probation. Start with the court that sentenced you and get that question answered first.
Any person sentenced to probation is required to adhere to the rules of said probation. Most often there is a rule that requires no socialization with any other person(s) on probation or felons. However if both persons do not have that as a requirement then it is legally allowed.
I am a felon on probation ,am I allowed to visit my mother in HUD apartments or am I not allowed on the property
Probationers are under the jurisdiction of the courts and are attempting to avoid the imposition of a suspended prison sentence by complying with the conditions of probation. Parolees are inmates allowed to serve their time in the community and are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections. In some states one agency supervises both types of offenders and in others there are separate probation and parole agencies. I personally supervise a combined caseload of adult felony probationers and parolees.
No you are not allowed to have a job unless your probation lets you. Everytime you leave the house you have to call your probation officer for permission.
Not a chance
When you don't respect the conditions of your probation (and get caught doing so). It could be for example: not being allowed in contact with a certain person, not allowed on certain premises, possession of drugs, fire arms...

The individual should consult with his or her Probation Officer.
Yes. This is allowed. Depending on what kind of probation you are on, if it is bench, then you just need to tell the court your new address. If you are on supervised probation, you may have to get your case transferred to your new city and state.
