Yes you can. There are several alternatives. There are bags that fit inside your shorts called belly bags. They are a good alternative for allot of people but I have a super-pubic catheter so that gets in the way. You could also use a small size leg bag and put it either inside your underwear or hang it from your waistband with something like paperclips or even on your leg if the shorts are long enough. I either do that or wear an incontinent product and put the catheter down inside of it and change it as necessary. Either of the last 2 work good if you will be swimming. Just look for something very light absorbency and good quality. I use the CVS generic of GoodNights (Sleep-Wells). They fit low on the waist and do not come apart or get too thick.
