Your Stevens model 530A double barrel shotgun will range in price between 130-200 dollars for a shotgun showing between 60%-90% of its original finish, and a good set of bores. If your shotgun is in 16 gauge or 20 gauge you can add 20% to the above listed prices. If you are lucky enough to have one in 410 gauge you may add 30% to the above listed prices.
I believe that this series of shotgun was made starting in the 1990,s and made up to about 2005.
I don't find the Westernfield 530A but be careful: there is a Stevens 530 (1912 to 1918) that is a pump shotgun as well as the Stevens mod 530 (1935 to 1952) double barrel.
this is my favorite bird gun. the value seems to run 250 to 400, depending on the conditon.
I would guess it was made by Stevens.
i bought one used 20 years ago for about $100. the stopped making them in the 50's i think. they were an economy model gun. might be worth $200.

$350
Apparently, not much. The Standard Catalog lists identical prices for both. The 530A was available with a single trigger which lists a little bit higher.
I have one that was given to me when I was born. My birth was in July of 1952. The man who gave me the gun was a friend of my fathers. He bought the the gun at Wards in early 1952. I would like to know who the Manufacturer was.All my research indicates that the entire SB series of guns were made by Savage/stevens for the Montgomery wards Company. This will range from the SB033-SB712.I would say that you have a stevens model 530A side by side shotgun,These were made in 12,16,20 or 410 gauge.these had 2 3/4in chambers, boxlock action simular to the model 311 SxS.28inch barrels with a full and modified choked barrels. The model 530 was made from 1936-1942.There were 8,000 made during this time span.
