UGC norm not maintained any qualification for science teacher in engineering institutes.
As per UGC norm NET/SET is mandatory for Science and other discipline but for Engineering Discipline there norm for engineering faculty but not for Science faculty in Engineering Discipline. Hence AICTE norm will be only norm for such posts.
