The nose.
The nose has three levels of concha. These layers are there to increase the surface area of the nose. The increased surface area gives the air more surface to hit on the way in, and therefore warms it up. The hairs on the inside of the nose are for filtering the air before it gets to the lungs.

The nasal cavity filters, humidifies and warms incoming air. It also contains olfactory receptors.
The upper respiratory system removes gross particles from the air, warms and humidifies it, and passes it to the lower respiratory system.

The system humidifies the air by adding moisture to it through the mucous membranes in the respiratory tract, making it easier for oxygen to pass through the respiratory membrane in the lungs. It filters the air by trapping particles and pathogens in the mucus lining of the respiratory tract and then removing them through processes like coughing and swallowing.
