According to Scripture, His direct genealogy is God the Father who begat Him through His Earthly Mother, the Virgin Mary. Afterwards, she had other children with her husband, Joseph - Jesus' step father:

He had 4 half-brothers and at least 2 half-sisters as it is plural here. In one sense, after the Millennium Reign, all who are 'born again' in the Spirit will become His brothers and sisters with the firstborn of the Resurrections - His Church of God - will become His bride (a higher position).
