The Indian ocean touches the western end of Oceania however the vast majority of Oceania is in the pacific ocean and includes Australia Micronesia, Melanesia, and Polynesia.

So, in summary, the only countries that do NOT lie entirely west of the Prime Meridian are those that are traversed by it.
