There are multiple reasons why your vehicle may still be sluggish after replacing spark plugs. I will list them for you so that you can check them. 1) Your air filter is dirty and must be replaced (reduced air flow to cylinders; 2) If you have fuel injection, the injectors are dirty and do not give a fine spray (use a liquid fuel injection cleaner from your auto store into a full gas tank; sometime you must do 2 tanks fulls to get good results) 3) Your fuel filter is dirty and must be replaced (reduced fuel pressure to cylinders) 4) If you have an air flow sensor, it may need to be replaced (gives the engine electronics accurate air readings to cylinders to optimize air-fuel mixture). How about the plug cables? Check connections at distributor and harness, and they should generally be replaced at the same time as the plugs.
