Do you ever wonder if you are growing. Of course you are!! Every seco nd of the day you are growing but barely. I'm 11 years old and i can tell I'm growing a lot right now because when your body aches right where your joint is it means your growing. Your bones are getting srong and bigger and your muscles are stretching. This is how to tell you are growing. It sometimes won't be in one place. It could be in your hip, hand, and fingers. So when you are growing try to drink lots of milk. At leas 4-5 glasses a day instead of 3 glasses. Hope i helped!

∙ 15y agoEach girls body is different. It is quite possible that you are done growing vertically but your hips may still widen a little and you might possibly gain a little bit of height, but not much. And of course weight is always unpredictable!

∙ 14y agoIf you measure yourself frequently and see an increase in height it's a safe bet that you're growing. If you have small pains in your bones, those may be growing pains and that may also be a sign that you're growing. Also, if some clothes, such as shirts and pants, that once fit are now too short, that's also a good indicator.

∙ 12y agoIf you have not reached the end of your puberty, yes, you might do. The height highly depends on the genetics and less but also importantly on the diet. Make sure your diet provides appropriate amounts of calories from different nutrients to help you reach the maximum height.

I started my period when I was 9 but I think it is normal since my mom started around that age too.
My parents are not so tall. My dad is 5'3 and my mom is 5. No one in the family has been taller than 5'3 and I was wondering if I'm still growing taller
I think I stopped growing taller at around grade 6.

∙ 7y agoand btw im 14 years old, i have very little hair under my armpits, i have hair in my pubic areas im 5.2 and my dad is 5.3 and my mum is 5.2, my voice hasn't dropped yet i havent noticed having any voice cracks yet and it would help to know if i actually have more height people in my family say that i will grow taller, i try to stay as healthy as possible if you need to know anything else be free to ask everyone else is alot more taller :(
