It takes 3.8 quarts.
If the motor is a 2.2l 5sfe it will fit on a camry and a mr2 (92-96)
how can fuel consumption be minimized on camry 5s-fe
You do not have much choice. If you have a 4-cylinder engine, your fit is 1997-2001 (5SFE). It's known that 3SFE fits Camry too (RAV4) but it involves some drilling.
What why would you want to put an older motor into a newer car? And are you sure this is from a 1991 sounds like a 1992 motor.
If it has a 3sfe or 5sfe engine it is at the front of the motor (radiator side) beside the A/C compressor. If it has a 3vz v6 engine it will also be at the front but under the exhaust manifold
92-99 Toyota Camry with the 5SFE 4 cylinder engine uses Dexron III ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) for the automatic transmission.
The flasher for a '94 Toyota Camry LE (4-cyl 5SFE) is located behind the kick-panel on the Drivers side under the hood release
Usually Toyota makes sure that you can't do that. Even some models will not have compatibility within one model. If you want to replace the engine you need to look at 97-99 model years.
3sfe 5sfe 3sgte
Which engine?? 5SFE or the Turboed 3S-GTE?
A start would be look in the owners manual, secondly checking under your hood an looking on the engine itself. It should say v-6 or 4cylinder with the amount of liters. you could also look at the engine computer mine has the engine model 5sfe on it
No it does not The GT has an engine called the 5SFE, which is the same engine as the ST except it is bored and stroked, so it puits out more displacement and power.
