The heat content of 1 gram of steam of 100oC is much higher than that of 1 gram of 100oC, the extra comes from condensation heat (energy).
steam
The steam when cooled changes back to liquid water. A chemical change is usually not so reversible.
Steam at 100C
water to water vapour(steam or clouds) or water to clouds i think might be the same thing
It will be the boiling point of water: 100oC

evaporation
Vapoir
Steam results when water is heated beyond its boiling point - the liquid water is changing states, to gas. Steam is water turned to gas. ICE is frozen water.

About 100oC
100oC
steam
water undergoes from solid state to liquid state at 0oC and from liquid state to gaseous [e.g. vapor, steam] state at boiling temp. 100oC provided the pressure is atmospheric: 1 ATM
Water melts at 0oC, and boils at 100oC.
