No, probably not. Radar guns are pointed at your license plate to calculate speed so therefore he could get a fairly accurate reading. You will probably just end up paying more by contesting when they include court costs. Radar is extremely accurate. You'll probably loose the appeal unless the judge doesn't like the police.
The opposite of win is lose, or (not in a contest) to fail.
there was not now tho
win a contest for the tickets
calling in for a contest?
just a contest who is pretty and who not :)
Yes it will. While NY does not normally put out of state speeding tickets on your record, there is an exception for CDL drivers and it will be reported. In addition, if it is a serious CDL violation, 15 over the limit, it could cost you your job or your license could be suspended. A CDL driver should always contest a serious ticket and usually should contest any speeding ticket.
The opposite could be to compete, contest, oppose, or conflict. To cease to collaborate would be to divorce, split, or separate.
A speeding ticket is not a conviction until you pay it. You normally have 30 to 90 days (depending on the state) to pay the fine or contest it in court. Once you have paid the ticket, it is an admission of guilt.
You can enter the #BringMeTo1D & #Bring1DToUS contest. And if you win then One Direction will come to your town and you will get to visit them. (:
I'm guessing that if you did get a day with one direction, it would be through a contest
No, they didn't - sorry!
Most likely by winning them in a contest
A speeding ticket will cost around 150 dollars plus court fees. You can go to court and contest the ticket and if you win, you won't have to pay anything.
I live in Canada (Montreal) And i know that One Direction will come to Centre-Bell on 4th July 2013. :)
A moving violation, including a speeding ticket, goes on your record when you either admit guilt or are found guilty by the court. Paying the fine is considered an admission of guilt and it goes on your record when paid. If you neither pay the fine or contest the ticket by the date shown on the ticket you are presumed guilty and it goes on your record at that time. If you contest the ticket and prevail it will never go on your record. If you contest the ticket and lose it goes on your record at that time.
No not that I can remember
"Will 'no contest' pleas for speeding be reported to your insurance company?" No contest or Nolo Contendere is basically the same a a guilty plea and is treated exactly the same for drivers license and auto insurance points. In most states the only difference is that the plea cannot be used against you in a civil suit. In Georgia you can use this plea once every five years and no drivers license points will be assessed but insurance points will. You would need to check the laws in your state but normally this in of no use in a speeding ticket case. lwpathttp://www.speedingticketcentral.com
if you are doing this for the radio contest then you have to find out for yourself! Otherwise google it! LOL :)

A unequal sporting contest is called a mismatch. It is the a matching of unsuitably or inaccurately parts or players. Its can also be called counterpart, opposite number, and vis-a-vis.
you can try and contest it in court, whether you will prevail is another story, it will depend whether the judge will believe you or not. you are supposed to be in control of your vehicle at all times.
"Oppsing" is not a word. - You may mean 'opposing' which means on the opposite side in a contest, event or war.
