If your talking about the one in sharktooth, hop on top of the ancient ruin's entrance and find the decoder. Then head inside the ruins. When you reach the shark's mouth, use the language decoder to spell "open" using the keypad in the shark's mouth. After you spell "open", press the shark's nose. Then head inside and your done.
