It was rumored that Anne Boleyn was a witch who suduced the king into leaving his wife. People were extremist in their religious practices, burring, torturing, and beheading people who they believed were working for satin. Physical deformities were said to be signs of a witch. So naturally it was rumored that Anne had these deformities. She was said to have a six finger that she discised with long sleves. there is some truth to this one though not about the deformity. Henry was said to have writen the famous song "Green Sleves" about his love for Anne Boleyn which would fit both the time and the lyrics. She was aslo said to have a mole on her neck that she hid with a high collared gown. this is odviously false due to every portrait that we have of Anne Boleyn clearly shows that she favors low cut gowns with french style hoods. So clearly all of these rumors are lies made by her enemies persuing her beond the grave.
