Yes, anorexics will limit the food that they consume throughout the day. Meaning that they will probably eat less during all meals, like dinner, or eat low-cal foods during meals. However, just because someone isn't eating as much, it doesn't mean that they are anorexic. (The question was a little unclear as to if you meant do anorexics not eat as much, or is not eating as much mean someone is anorexic.) There could be a reason, like illness, allergy, a healthy diet, just not being hungry, and so on.

You stop eating! Anorexia is when you don't eat. Or you eat very little (like 200 calories). And you over exercise, and you're basically just not eating! It's a bit of a silly question. You're ultimately asking, "How do you start being someone who does not eat." You just stop eating!
it doesnt work like that sweetie, to "stop" anorexia, you need sometimes years of therapy and in-patient treatment. It doesnt just stop.
Anorexia is a mind disease where people decide (subconsciously or consciously) to stop eating because they see themselves as too fat. Babies do NOT have this mental capacity, and if they do stop eating it's a metabolism problem.
I normal to want to change your body when it is going through changes, but to want anorexia you probably already have an eating disorder. I do not recommend starving yourself. It will make your body cling to every calorie you eat. When you do start eating regularly, your metabolism will be so slow that your body will have extra calories that leads to weight gain. Anorexia also gives you osteoporosis, lanugo, hair loss, amenorreah, heart attack, and premature death. Anorexia is not a trend. Being skeletal is NOT glamorous. Anorexia is an eating disorder and you can not choose to have it. You lose your social life and friends. If you want an eating disorder you need help. Once you start starving it is an addiction and you can't stop. If you are overweight there are other ways to lose weight healthily. Please don't "try" anorexia or going on a fad diet once you stop you will gain all the weight back. Think about that the next time you think about starving.
