I'm sorry, but this question does not make sense. Just because somone is affected by anorexia does not mean that they always speak in a soft voice. Anyone can speak in a soft voice. It may because they are shy, nervous, brought up that way, naturally more quiet, scared, reserved, feeling ill, or just do not speak loudly to begin with.
