well, since I appear to be the only one answering questions about the lack of dates on answers, I'm going to have to chalk this up to either an Answers.com inherent laziness, or lack of interest in providing service. My 13-year old daughter clicks away as soon as this site appears on her Google searches, so it appears that the main interest of this company is SEO, not actualy providing answers. But go ahead, show me i'm wrong :-)

It will - eventually ! Remember this site IS NOT LIVE - like a chatroom ! You have to post your question, and WAIT for someone to actually log-on and read it before they can answer it ! If you need 'instant' answers to questions - there are thousands of chatrooms on the internet !

Well,according to me,the reason you love Yahoo!Answers are: 1.It has system of Points and levels. 2.Person who contribute more to Yahoo!Answers can become a top contributor. 3.Asker has an option to choose best answer to their question. 4.We can add contacts and fans their. But,Answerscom is not a bad site as well,in it,you can edit answers and questions,if you see a question posted in wrong category,you can post it to right category. But,you should also see that there are millions times more trolls on Yahoo!Answers than Wiki!Answers.Trolls are very annoying.

It's not that the site asks the questions, its the contributors who use WikiAnswers. They choose to ask their question, waiting for an answer.
