I have been taking Fast30 for approx. 2 weeks. I have lost almost 10 lbs. Side effects I have had is a sore throat and I feel like I have a chest cold. I stopped taking the pills for 2 days and the side effects went away. I am not doing the diet, but have cut down considerably. The pills curb your appetite.
