In Zelda windwaker i can only fnd the camera to take black and white photos and need to get the colour one...does anyone know how to find or get it?
You have to talk the the photographer and do his three request. Then he will upgrade your camera to shoot in colour

Can you measure the temperature of color?
This is often done by lighting engineers and photographers. The colour temperature of a light source gives an accurate indication of the colour produced by that light source. The colour temperature is measured with a colour temperature meter; essentially speciallized light meters. A photographer can use a colour temperature meter to calculate the colour correcting filterage required to produce correct looking images. If the photographer doesn't have a meter, then digital cameras can automatically adjust the image to give an overall neutral image (this is the automatic white balance setting). Or, if you know the source (for example, if you're using tunsgten lighting), then you can use an appropriate filter.
