Anyone know a piercing studio in Phoenix Arizona that will pierce a minor age 13 with parental consent?

There will be lots of studios that will provide you with piercing services when you have a parent with you and the piercing you are requesting is not an exotic piercing. The guide below will help you find the right one for you.
