Suicide Silence - Genre: Deathcore. The song 'Unanswered' is entirely based on being atheist. -- "Where is your God? Where is your God? Where is your f****ing God?"
Dance Gavin Dance - Genre: Progressive Post-Hardcore. Lead singer, Jonny Craig, has announced he is ex-theist, turned atheist. The lyrics of the song 'The Robot With Human Hair Pt.2' reinforces this. -- "And now you see the sky has turned black. Why do you think everybody has turned back? Its 'cause he's gone..."
Usually it's hard to tell a bands belief. Just check the content of the lyrics. I've found a lot of Deathcore/Death Metal bands tend to be atheist. However, the metalcore/post-hardcore scene has more of a mixture.
