2.finish all non-member quests from the lair and that does mean killing the red dragon 8 times.
3. get all the requarments.

Where is the freedom shop in aq worlds?
You have to go to Yulgar. Then climb up into the cellar. There is a mug. Click on it and juice will fall out. You go to freedom, and do a quest. Then when you are done you fight Jurope and then you unlock the shop. Hopes this helps! :)
