Yes, free doesn't mean that it won't be good. Many of the more famous editing softwares have to be paid for, but not all of them, for example MoviePlus and/or AVS Video editor-both of which are completely free and have great reviews.
yes
There are several depending on what you want to do. FileLab Video Editor is very good for general video editing. VSDC Free Video Editor is good for advanced editing, such as green screen.
I don't know how good they are, but the most popular ones are: Cinelerra Kdenlive Kino LiVES
There are many video editing programs available depending on skill of the user. some programs are free but some require payment. imovie is a good program to use. However if you prefer more of an advance program Sony Movie Studio is fantastic
I am trying to make a Parkour/Free running video with some fellow traceurs, and I need a good video editing program. We're filming with a Flip Video camera, and it comes with a novice editing program. But its not good for what we want to do.
There is no free professional-grade software. Free video editing software lacks features, so professionals do not use it.
A good free video editing software alternative to Windows Movie Maker for Windows XP is Avidemux. It offers a range of basic editing features, including cutting, filtering, and encoding tasks, along with various effects. Another option is VirtualDub, which is particularly effective for video capture and processing, and supports various video filters. Both programs are lightweight and compatible with older systems like Windows XP.
no Nero is not a video editing software.
Windows Movie Maker (already on your PC) or try Video Spin or Video Pad (free online.
hi if your looking for a free video editing software i would download videopad. it is free and can convert almost any file and you can then use it and convert the finished product into lots of different files.:-)
Photobucket is a great web based and FREE editing tools. The software behind it comes from Adobe who make some of the best commercial ($$$) photo and video editors. If you need/want more features downloading VideoSpin or VideoThang are great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. For under $100 you can buy Adobe Premiere Elements. http://www.edit-photos.net/video
