i personally don't think so because there is some things that they might not understand, i think that people should be able to play SIMS 2 should be 12 and older..
No, it is not wrong. I played The Sims when I was younger than that. If you are referring to the M rating, the content is appropriate. Isn't the rating T13 in America or something? So it should not be 'wrong' for a thirteen year old to play it if you are legally allowed to. What is so 'wrong' about it anyway?
Yes!! I am 12 and play it!!
Yes, some scenarios are a little intense but a mature 10 year old can play it.
It's not wrong. My sister is only a year older and she and I play the sims games all the time! So there's nothing wrong with that.
No.
It depends on what kind on game play you prefer, both are good games and are appropriate for a 10 year old, if they want the one that is easier to work then Sims 2 is the better option
Well, I personally think that its no problem for 10 and 9 years old to play the sims 2. Because its educational and the only thing you can aproximately do is make a family and create a house for them.VOTES: 1,345
yes
Yes because its rated for 13+ or teen (:
Of course they can!! There 11 aren't they, 1 yr before 12!
not quite because its mostly for 13 over
I am a very protective parent, and I let my eight year old play the sims 3 generations. The sims 3 generations is your best bet for child appropriateness because you can have a child character and avoid all of the sexual things that would not be appropriate. Another okay one is the regular older version of the pc sims because your character can choose to adopt a baby instead of doing the 'wild thing'. If you go over the stuff they're not allowed to do then you should be fine.
