The Acuvue brand does offer color prescription contacts. These contacts though can be pretty expensive and can easily costs upwards of hundreds of dollars.
Well, my mother has used acuvue for years, and she has never had a problem. I hear that they are the best brand, here is a link to their website www.acuvue.com/.
"there are quite a few like johnson and johnson freshlooks, bausch and lomb, focus, and acuvue"
Some brands of continuous wear contact lenses that are available on the market are Acuvue and Air Optix. Before buying these it is a good idea to read up on the risks of these lenses so that they may be used safely.
An Acuvue 2 contact lens can be purchased from all good chemist stores, such as Boots. Alternatively, try sites such as the official Acuvue webpage store.
I'm no expert, but there really is no best brand for contacts. If you still want to have healthy eyes the best way is to ask an eye doctor because they know about your eyes and will know what contacts will be good for you even if they're for fun and expensive. But otherwise, I don't know what the HEALTHIEST brand for your eyes are.
There are many other contact lens companies if you do not want to use Bauch and Lomb. You can try Acuvue, Freshlook , Air Optix, Focus, and Proclear. You can also contact your eye doctor and they can help you find the best ones for your eyes.
I have been wearing Freshlook contact lenses for many years now. They are so comfortable and easy to take out. They also come in really pretty colors.
These days there are a number of companies offering online ordering for contact lenses. Major manufacturers include Johnson and Johnson, Bausch and Lomb, CIBA Vision and Cooper Vision. These include popular brands such as Acuvue, Air Optix, Focus, FreshLook and SofLens, and many more.
The difference between bifocal and multifocal contact lenses is that biofocal contact lenses do not provide so many different angles as multifocal contact lenses do. Biofocal contact lenses do not allow the user to see as good as with multifocal contact lenses.
Contact lenses can be changed at various intervals, depending on the brand, and specifics of the lens. Some brands need to be changed daily, while others can be re-used for up to two weeks.
Contact lenses are good. They make sure you can see better instead of having geeky glasses like me!
Both are good, But I would prefer contact lenses. Contact lenses makes us look good and I wear Colourvue's coloured lenses and those are very attractive and relaxing too.
