If you believe in the Torah, then you would believe that Adam and Eve are ancestors of all people now living. However, they cannot be the great great great grandparents of anyone now living because that term refers to a couple five generations before you in your ancestry. Even the oldest person now living can't have great great great grandparents who lived before the year 1700 CE, and Adam and Eve died over 4750 years ago.
They're more like your (great) x (1000) grandparents. At least!
Yes: however, this was not a problem. Inbreeding is a problem when children are born with identically defective genes for some function or control from both their mother and their father. When the mother and father are closely related, they will have many of the same genetic aberrations, and this increases the chances of a significant number of mutations.
In the original creation, there were no genetic aberrations, so there was no practical problem to inbreeding. Only over time are genetic errors are introduced (around 40 mutations per generation). To avoid these mutations leading to death and disability, it is not sufficient to avoid sharing a parent with your spouse: it is wise not to marry anyone where the family link can be demonstrated.
To this day, the children of Adam and Eve continue to be inbred: we are merely slicing the gene pool more finely. For some reason, we choose to marry people who look like our parents, rather than across the cultural and appearance divides where a broader gene mix may better mask our abnormalities.
According to The Bible, yes. They were created just 6,000 years ago and, in the short interval of time since then, the billions of descendants of all races and ethnic groups were born.
According to science, no. Scientists can demonstrate that modern humans evolved over two hundred thousand years ago and gradually, at a more realistic rate, populated the entire world. the different ethnic groups that we see today evolved very gradually, largely in response to climatic and environmental conditions.
Since the scientific view is based on provable facts and empirical evidence, the correct answer is that Adam and Eve were not our ancestors. For more information, please visit: http://christianity.answers.com/theology/the-story-of-creation

Nobody can really tell the true answer here.
You and your wife have had a child and you name him Adam, then Adam grows up and has two children that he and his wife named Cain and Abel. Cain and Abel are your grandchildren. When Cain and Abel grow up and have their own children, these children are your great grandchildren.

According to the book of Genesis, Cain was the first-born son of Adam and Eve. Genesis does not say whether they gave birth to any daughters.
