Well, the Madrigals aren't exactly bad. The other branches are fighting for all the clues, and the Madrigals are protecting it. The branches don't exactly realize that, they have no idea that Amy & Dan are Madrigals, so they thought that they must be Janus, Ekat, Tomas, or Lucian. And to them the Madrigals are bad, but in the big pic, nope not rlly
