No. It has to be able to get up, suckle and run with the herd very soon after being born. If it was blind at birth it wouldn't be able to escape from danger and would be at risk of being killed by predators.

Well yes if you have a injury or was born with it as well as you stare into the sun a long time but of course not everyone is blind.
guinea pigs are not born blind. they have to be very independent to get away from their predetors within a week
