Yes. Also, Jacob and Bella spend a lot of time together because of Renesmee, a.k.a. Nessie, whom Jacob imprinted on.

No, Jacob never got Bella pregnant. Bella had her baby with Edward Cullen, the vampire. Even though in New Moon, she loves Jacob, she marries Edward in the ending even though she was torn between the two. But, no, Jacob does not get Bella pregnant. Edward gets Bella pregnant, and they have a half-vampire, half-human baby, Renesmee Cullen, that almost kills Bella, which forces Edward to change Bella into a vampire.
Who knows Bella is a vampire?
The Cullen family, the volturi and Jacob black know that Bella is a vampire.
Why didn't Jacob stay with Bella?
Because she went to save Edward and also he became a werewolf In Breaking Dawn, Bella married Edward so Bella and Jacob couldn't be together. And because Edward turned Bella into a vampire, the treaty was broken so Jacob's wolf pack was going to kill Bella and Rensesmee (Bella's half human and half vampire daughter). So Jacob imprints on Rensesmee to keep her and Bella alive. So now they can only be friends. :(
