If they are the only pokemon you have then yes, that is a fairly weak team.
Blastoise is good as water types are needed for the rock type pokemon.
Zapdos is good as it can learn flying type moves (good against the fighting type and electric type moves to destroy the water type pokemon(also ice type))
Pidgeot is not really necessary, because zapdos can learn flying type moves, however It is worth bringing another strong pokemon with you.
You should have a lvl50+ fire type because it is strong against the ice type
You should have a lvl50+ psychic type because it's strong against ghost types
You should have either an ice or dragon type pokemon as these are the only weaknesses of the elite 4's dragon pokemon.
This leaves you with 1 free slot, i suggest you bring your highest level pokemon, even if that is your pidgeot
