Canned soda comes in regular and diet. The regular canned soda has about a nine month shelf life from the date it was made. Canned diet soda is good for about 3 to 4 months.

One could add baking soda to canned beans, but it is impossible to imagine why one would do so.
Canned Soda heats up quicker because of the heat conductivity of the aluminum and the carbonation of the soda. Glass bottles are not as good conductors of heat and the boiling temperature of water is high.
If identified as wages, taxed both Federal & State. The wages would have been taxed if paid without settlement wouldn't they? (The "lost" part isn't taxed).

This is a natural extension of our babysitter mentality for the Government. If you want the Government to be your mother and supply you with all your health care, you must accept the fact that they will tell you what you can and can not do. My opinion is that I am an adult and want freedom more then I want free stuff from my Government. No, soda has no business being taxed in a free society.
