No the catholic church is not evil. it was founded by Jesus Christ himself through st.peter. (matthew 16:18) everything the catholic church teaches is in The Bible. i converted to the catholic church because i found everything they taught to be in the bible.

Roman Catholic AnswerI'm not sure what you are asking. Ontologically speaking, all people are good, as they were created by God. So, then, I am assuming you are asking if their behavior is good. Then you must say that all men are sinners, having inherited a fallen nature from Adam, so in that sense, not good. Catholics, like anybody else, were created by God, are sinners, and are supposedly trying to do God's will. To the extent that they do God's will then we can say that their behavior is good. Perhaps you are asking if Catholics are better than other people? I don't think such a claim could be made, on the whole. Catholics have all the means of grace that God has given to man, and so should, on the whole, be doing a lot better, as they have more help. You can see sterling examples of this in the saints: recent examples include such people as Blessed Theresa of Calcutta, who showed exactly how good a person can be if they trust only in God and completely in God. There are thousands of such people in history, and they are how one should judge the Church: by the people who actually live what Jesus taught, and do His Will.Wiki User
