That depends on what brand of chicken you are eating, some sauces and marinades or even preservatives can have gluten in them and then of course breading does. but raw chicken before anything is done to it shouldn't have any gluten.

∙ 13y agoFried rice is cooked in soy sauce. Most soy sauces have wheat in them; you'd have to check the label for the particular brand that is used. If you don't have that information available, you should assume that the fried rice is NOT gluten free.

∙ 11y agounless they use unfermented wheat in the recipe they are usually gluten free. Soy sauces made with wheat are usually gluten free as the gluten is broken down by fermentation. If you are a celiac you should consult the ingredients and avoid anything you are unsure of.

The question is sorta confusing. Rice Semolina would the same as Rice flour but maybe made from a darker rice. Rice by itself is gluten free.
