Are Chinese people nice

No, not really. I live in China and I don't think people here have any decent qualities. I went to a private school where the teacher made a list of the income of all the student's families and that was the order she was going to give attention to. This is one of the best schools in Shanghai, you can imagine what the rest of the country is like. People in China have no morals, character, principles or even manners. Just a really backwards place.

Like every culture, there are some people who are jerks. I'm don't mean anything particular but compared to the majority of Africans and whites, there are a lot less Chinese jerks. Asians aren't usually aggressive but may be shy though some aren't. It also depends on your nationality. Chinese aren't the racist kind, they treat everyone the same and with respect unless they feel disrespected. Out of all the Chinese I know, all of them are really friendly and some are really cool people. Easy to get along and all that. But I'm sure there are some people who aren't like that. The statement above is absolutely not true about the majority of Chinese. If it's just a few people that are mean, then it's probably them. But like the person above who says all Chinese have no moral or character or manner, It's his/her own problem and maybe he/she just doesn't fit in. I've lived in China for 10 years and I felt right at home.
