Cody and Bailey got back together in Part 2 of the Suite Life on Deck special "Twister". In this episode, Bailey had gone back to Kettlecorn to visit her grandmother. Cody wanted to talk to her, and after a misunderstanding with Zack and London, he thinks that Bailey had left the ship permanently. He goes to Kettlecorn to convince her to come back, but it dismayed by the fact that Moose is there as well, for the same reason. Unfortunatly, a tornado hits and everyone is trapped in the same storage celler until the storm subsides. After a Wizard-of-Oz-like dream, Bailey chooses Cody over Moose for the same reason that she had broken up with Moose in the first place- he was trying to control her.

No, but in the 10th episode of the season, in "Play's the thing", Cody realizes that he loves Bailey and that he's just as much to blame for the break-up as she is. They are officially going to get back together in the movie "Twister: Suit Life on Deck", after Cody professes his love for Bailey while in Kettlecorn.
