∙ 15y agoNo they are not.Dugongs (DEW.gonGs)are not dangerous to people witch infact only people with water air suits are the only people to ever touch a dugong otherwize people touched one when washed up on shore or taking care of the hurt.DONT KILL DUGONGS PPLS(PEOPLE) PLZ (PLEASE).
