No they are not blood brothers. Edge was born on 10/30/1973 and Christian was born on 11/30/1973. They are bff (best friends forever). They met each other in 1984 because Adam thought that Jay's ninja stars were cool. Their gimmick on WWE was brothers, but they are not blood brothers. They have different mothers. Adam "Edge" Copeland is a single child, Jay "Christian" Reso has siblings. Adam's mother's name is Judy
