they are almost exactly alike, i went to a french immersion school until grade 8 and am now still taking french immersion in high school, my classes are split up half in English and half in french, but are the same subjects. We have all the same pros and cons (good teachers, bad teachers, tests etc.) but since the language comes naturally by now there is practically no difference in my classes.
