Well, many Christian denominations along with other religions believe so, but there is also a school of thought that holds that at least hell is not eternal. This is due to the original words in The Bible that were translated into "forever", "all time", etc. were olam (hebrew word) or aion (greek word) which actually mean "for that duration", "for that age", "until the end of the matter", etc. showing that hell indeed would not necessarily be eternal
Muslims believe in heavens & in hell. The two are mentioned alot in the Holy Quran & in the Sunnah. The Almighty God will reward people by heavens & punish others by hell.
There is.
The body sleeps. The soul is in heaven or hell waiting for the resurrection. The souls in heaven will have eternal life. The souls in hell have eternal death.
You can only die on earth, and neither in heaven nor hell, because in hell, you have to endure eternal fire, while in heaven, eternal life.
the heavens refered to the false ceiling over the stage and the hell ment the floor of the stage. this website helps www.globe-theatre.org.
I would judge that to be a subjective question. On the other hand, judging objectively, if heaven is eternal, then does it follow that hell also is, too.
Answer Muslims believe in the 2nd eternal life; as in other God religions. On the Resurrection Day, all people (including Muslims) will be judged by God. If they their good deeds and faith over-weigh their bad deeds, then they will be accepted by God mercy in the Paradise (or Heavens) for eternal life. Otherwise they will be pushed in Hell fire for eternal life.
If there were, then it would be hell. Heaven, by definition, is being in the presence of God, i.e. eternal happiness, eternal joy, eternal fulfillment. Hell is the exact opposite, eternal frustration, eternal pain, an eternity without God, and eternity of unhappiness. Both of them are eternal, which does NOT mean that they last for "a long time", it means that they are an unchanging, and unchangeable . In other words, the very essence of hell is the absence of hope. The possibility of leaving hell would be hopeful, there is no hope in hell, so no, you can never leave it, nor even hope to leave it.
i am guessing fire
Apparently no one wants to live in Hell.
Hell
No once you are sent to hell you will be there forever. It is a place of eternal fire and torment.
