A Irish wolfhound is a taller dog being the tallest dog on average in the world. Being around 28-35 inches in between the shoulder, the withers, for males and probably weighing around 150 pounds. The Kangals are 30-32 inches and also weigh around 150. Both breeds can probably reach 200 pounds. P.S. The great danes are always the tallest dog in the world though their average isn't as high supposedly. And their are much bigger dogs the biggest on average is the English Mastiff. Though the Kengal is probably the toughest most athletic it's a strong dog.
