Or you can take different anime characters and mix them up to your needs. OR you can go the easy way and copy anime pics of the internet and eventualy you will have the creativity to make your own. Also If you are asking where can you make anime WALLPAPERS then the best place to make anime art is the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 7.0 but you have to download it... Most people just draw them first. Then you scan it to your computer and color it with paint, photoshop (a recomendation), etc. Drawing by hand is easier to learn than doing it all on the computer, so I recomend you try that first, then color them. Evetually, you'll get good enough to where you can make your own on hte computer. that is digital art.

Japan picked up a lot of english words from European trades, and from US soldiers after WW2, most noticably for things which Japan itself had no words for, many technologically based ones. One thing to think about also is how many loan words english contains, that most people aren't aware of the origins. So just like we'd say 'sushi', someone from Japan would say 'kamera'.
