During Salat (praying), You need to know and recite at least Suraht 'Alfateha' and 'AlIkhlas' in Arabic. to know 'Sobhana Rabbia Al3azim' and 'Sobhana Rabbia Ala3la' and other few Arabic terms as 'ALLAHU AKBAR' and 'Assalamu Aleikom WA Rahmatoh Allah'. The more you know short Quran surahts in Arabic the better.
